Mexican themed Party!

This weekend I hosted a mexican themed lunch party...

Mexican Fries- Russett Potatoes cut as fries, seasoned with olive oil, salt,
 pepper and taco seasoning. Roasted at 400F for 35-40 minutes.

Spinach/mushroom quesedillas

Red pepper and onions quesedilla
         cheese quesedillas
