We have HOT BREADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you don't understand what the commotion is all about, HotBreads is an iconic institution in Chennai. Local hangout joint that serves excellent snacks and tiffin. I have memories of grabbing yummy treats- bonda, pakoda, my all time favourite veg puff, samosa, ... and lots more.... after school with friends or on a weekend with my grandfather. Followed by softserve icecream. 


I actually didn't quite realize there was a HotBreads in the Dallas area but imagine my excitement when I heard they had opened a branch close to where I live and even closer to where I work.  


We tried it out recently and it instantly transported me back to my high school days. No question. I didn't get softserve after though. 


The food was fantastic but the service was somewhat slow. Worth the wait. I had the Veg Puff and Hakka Noodles with a few pieces of Gobi Manchurian stolen from R's plate.
