Recipeless Pasta Bake

A simple lunch that combines veggies of your choice, pasta and sauce of your choice and mozzarella. Baked in the oven till cheese is ooey gooey!

I went with leftover veggies from the fridge- cauliflower, onion, yellow pepper and grape tomatoes. Lots of black pepper to top.

  1. Your pictures looks great and definitely a helpful for leftovers. My only wish is that the instructions were a bit more detailed, but I guess with it being leftovers, it will change often! Thanks for sharing!

  2. Looks good, especially the close up shots. I just wonder what kind of sauce you're using? Is the cheese anything out of the ordinary? I'd love to try this out!
